This garment is a cotton lycra blend with an elasticated waist. It tends to fit on the smaller side. Please double check the full waist measurements before placing your order.
To measure accurately, find a similar garment and lay it flat. For example, lay a pair of leggings flat and measure the waist from left to right. This gives you the half waist measurement, x2 for the full waist measurement.
